Custom orders typically take 2-3 business days to process and create. During peak seasons or for complex customizations, processing may take up to 5 business days. You'll receive an email notification once your order moves to production.

Your order number was sent to your email immediately after purchase. Check your inbox and spam folder for emails from CustomWear. If you still can't find it, contact our support team with your email address and approximate order date, and we'll help you locate your order.

Yes, this is normal. "In Transit" means your package is moving through the carrier's network. Tracking updates may not occur daily, especially over weekends or holidays. If your package hasn't moved for more than 5 business days, please contact our support team for assistance.

Address changes are possible only if your order hasn't entered production yet. Contact our support team immediately with your order number and new address. Once an order is shipped, address changes must be handled directly with the shipping carrier.

Most carriers will leave a delivery notice and attempt redelivery the next business day. You can also:

• Arrange pickup at a local carrier facility
• Request delivery to a neighbor (carrier dependent)
• Schedule a specific delivery time (premium service)
• Have packages held at a pickup location
